URBAN MURALS

“Street Art, Mural Festivals & Public Walls”

“Always On My Mind” | Southend City Jam (UK)
Urban Murals | The pinnacle of James’ works

James creates large-scale outdoor murals that reflect his core artistic vision. His work explores the human experience and existential themes, often expressed through nature-based symbolism.

Rooted in realism with surreal, abstract, and graphic influences, his murals flow with organic forms and layered meaning. These free works – seen at street art festivals and on many public city walls – embody his deepest creative drive and long-term artistic ambition.

NATURE MURALS

“Highly realistic and impressive”

“Catch A Fish” | Kingfisher In His Natural Habitat
Nature Murals | Unfolding the beauty within Flora & Fauna

James is widely known for his highly detailed, photorealistic murals of flora and fauna. Often composed as striking close-ups or macro views, these works grace viaducts and indoor walls alike.

While they may appear purely representational at first glance, they frequently carry metaphorical narratives—stories hidden in the details, where animals and objects subtly reveal deeper layers of meaning.

GRAFFITI

“Wild, Colourful & Inspiring”

“Maas” | Graffiti in a monumental city office
Graffiti | Taking it back to the roots of muralism

James began painting graffiti in 1989, inspired by the old school ‘80s scene, joining the first wave of graffiti writers. He never really stopped doing so.

He developed a very recognizable signature 3D style – bold, organic, and deeply layered – which flows with the same energy as can be found in his murals.

Today, his wildstyle and 3D lettering brings authentic street culture into business interiors, adding raw, vibrant impact with roots that run deep into graffiti history.
